Royal Vision sells its own luxury collections including garments, abayas, jalabiyas, jewellery, perfumes, beauty, and lifestyle products.

PRICES & CURRENCY

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. The same currency and amount will be charged to your payment card and shown on your receipt.

If you pay in a currency other than AED, your bank may apply conversion or transaction fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Royal Vision does not store or process your card details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Royal Vision offers delivery worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, and destination country regulations.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, Royal Vision may deduct return shipping and courier costs from any applicable store credit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases are governed by the Royal Vision Exchange & Returns Policy available on this Site.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and perfumes are non-returnable once opened or unsealed.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Royal Vision is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

SANCTIONS & RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
